It's really, really well written. I advise having a dictionary close by mind.

There are two protagonists - The Teacher (Vincent) and The Juror (Annie Laird)

The Teacher is a peculiarly written character because he is insanely dangerous but I couldn't help adoring him and feeling bad at the end.

It took me a week to read so it really felt as long a journey with all the characters as those in the book.

This book just confirms my thought that some books should have a death count because, it's like Hamlet, just so many people die.

Brilliant read though - to be cliche, I could not put it down.
